  Michael was great from the start. I had contractors remove ground floor chimney which I was told an engineer has checked. However was then told the chimney above in the bedroom needs to come out too. I was then told the full stack needs to come out which the neighbour wasn’t happy with. I reached out to Michael who has been supporting me every step of the way. From putting me in contact with other contractors, speaking to the neighbour and sourcing the brackets. He makes time to answer any questions. If you want an engineer invested in your project, supports you with solutions,he is the guy!

• Full structural survey of a house I am considering buying.

• Steel Design for Load Bearing Wall Removal

  Michael's communication was great, I provided a picture of the work that was needed and he took some measurements over a video call and provided a thorough design for the materials and work that was needed. He also offered to help me get quotes for different aspects of the job such as for steel fabrication and the labour which was much appreciated. Would definitely use again if the need arise.
