Fix shower thermostat
Appalling service. Engineer came to fix the shower thermostat. He said it was fixed and there was nothing wrong with the cartridge. I was charged £102 (standard 1 hour call out charge) based on the fact the job was complete and he said "I've tested it and it is working fine". Checked the work in the morning and nothing had changed. Engineer had clearly not tested and checked his work. Response to complaint was shocking. Plenty of other reputable firms in the area you can pick from.

EICR and replaced consumer unit, bathroom fan, bathroom light, mains smoke alarm, storage heaters.
Fantastic from start to finish. From the thorough EICR report, to the organised and proactive admin side of things, through to the works completed (quickly and to a high standard), I couldn't be happier and will be using this company again in the future to help with my home maintenance needs going forward. First class service on every level. Thank you.
