    Excellent

    It was so easy to book Stuart to come and do a service on my boiler, he came only a couple of days after my initial enquiry. The service itself was a very reasonable price and he did a thorough and efficient job. Unfortunately I needed a new boiler but he was extremely helpful in advising me what to do next and what my best options were - very much appreciated for a first time buyer like myself!     Radiator Repair

    My newly installed radiators were not getting hot.

    We had new radiators installed recently but for some reason these were simply not getting hot. Stuart from Blue Flame Central Heating came out to me next day and spotted the issue straightaway and inspected all of the radiators at the same time together with an overall health check of our boiler and water storage unit. Stuart communicated really well and explained top tips to me over the coming winter. Highly recommend Stuart.

    Has safe cert and service.

    Stuart responded immediately to the request and booked in very quickly. Turned up on time and was very personable and very easy to talk to. He explained everything he was doing even the faults he found. Quickly realized we had an unsafe appliance and suggested we forego the service as the unit was unfit for use. So not ideal news but he could have charged us for the service still. Really nice guy and would have more work done by them.
