We used this company to take down a large TV from the wall and replace it with a new one. This was done with care and attention to detail and all works well. We were very pleased and can recommend with no hesitation.

Very pleased with the service from Barry. He was courteous and let me know when he was due to arrive and solved the problem of no live tv very promptly. He didn’t recommend replacing the aerial but just repairing which was a relief. Would definitely call on him again.

After two call outs from local aerial engineers who were unable to diagnose the problem with the Freesat signal to my tv, I called on BMC Digital Services. Barry the engineer found the issue straight away and fixed the problem. The service I received was professional, efficient and friendly, and I only wish I had saved myself the cost of the first two engineers and found BMC first of all. Barry is obviously very experienced and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

As an electronic/firmware design engineer, Barry from BMC impressed me both on the phone and on site with his knowledge of his field and explained what he was doing to diagnose the problem that had begun to occur with the poor reception of certain channels/muxes. He quickly identified and corrected a number of issues without having to replace the aerial, masthead amp or amp power supply. He made a recommendation about replacing the amplifier but suggested we see how the changes worked before continuing. Should we require a replacement, I won't hesitate to call him to do the work.

Fantastic job fitting my TV, despite it being a difficult installation. Barry went above and beyond by fixing other issues too, including replacing a faulty amp. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Charged a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
