  A much bigger and more complex job than anticipated, including hot water and tank, and a leaky loo.

  What could have been a horror story had a happy ending thanks to BM Plumbing. Super speedy response, fantastic job completed that ended up being so much more complex than imagined and it was all dealt with so professionally. We are so impressed with the dedication to the job, and the results we ended up with. I could not recommend you highly enough and will absolutely use the services again for any plumbing job.

  Radiator Repair

  Emergency Plumbing Issue; Speedy Response

  We needed an emergency plumber as our vertical radiator (and brackets) had come off the wall and bent the pipe. There was some water leakage. It's Friday night so I wasn't sure whether we'd be able to get anybody out immediately. Gave Berni a call via Checkatrade and she was happy to come out and help straight away. She was at our home within twenty minutes! Really professional and personable service. She guided us through the issues and worked speedily and efficiently. The whole issue was rectified to a great standard within the hour. Will definitely keep her number on speed dial!

  Shower Repair

  shower tray replacement.

  our shower tray cracked a week before our holiday. We had a scandalous previous quote through this site but after talking to Bernie, her price was reasonable and she bent over backwards to get the work done before we went away. Previous home owners had the bathroom and shower unit thrown together and it was a bit of a botch job, Bernie came up with a plan to best resolve the issue and even installed extra support under the newly fitted shower tray to make sure it doesn't happen again. Clean, tidy work, reliable, on time, great communication, she gets all our work going forward. 10/10
