Jack responded very quickly to my search and quickly analysed the problem with my Worcester boiler which was over 15 years old and needed to be replaced. He quoted what I thought was a very reasonable price. He carried out the work in a very professional manner and was courteous and helpful throughout. On completion, he explained in an easy to understand way the operation of my new boiler.
