  Gas cut off to gas fire

  The company responded and arrived promptly. Everything was explained eg where, why and was I happy before cutting the pipe. Before leaving he checked that my gas cooker and boiler were working as they should (which they were). He was very tidy, polite and conscientious. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

They’ve also been incredibly mindful of any impact on our family life and respectful to our property at all times.   I have been using boilers bathrooms and wet rooms for about 15 years - as a landlord, I need a company who are quick to respond, diagnose an issue correctly, and complete the job to a high standard with a competitively priced invoice - with BBW I get all of this. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering using their services (and I have passed Luke’s number to lots of other people I know). They do everything from boiler call-outs to complete bathroom renovations - and I trust them with all my plumbing and heating requirements. Thoroughly recommended.
