Gutters cleaning
The gutters of the whole building were cleaned up in an efficient manner. Following a very heavy downpour, they came back to check,and allow me to check, the gutters had been fully cleaned. I found their approach very professional and they gave me piece of mind that the gutters are now clean and functioning. They gave me some tips on how to improve the flow of my gutters, which I shall follow through soon. Gutter vacuum cleaned from the ground.
Did not go up to the gutter to investigate the cause of the overflow.He said everything is o.K. . The blockage is cleared .He collected the charge of £80 and left. He asked me to 'phone him if there is any problem. After a couple of days it rained and the gutter started to overflow as before. The vacuuming had no effect at all. I explained to him what is happening and he promised to come round to have a look. I phoned him twice. Window cleaning

1.The neighbors window get wet only with purified water and it dries spotless exactly like the costumer windows . The mentioned downstairs neighbors asked my team if they clean his windows as well for free. The answer was no. 2.The windows has been cleaned outside with reach and wash , the window frames and seals has been cleaned, otherwise the dirt from frames will set on glass. Inside the windows has been cleaned with with squeegee by hand, frames wiped. That was the moment when the costumer request to clean the frames between the opening. This is a completely different service , that we don't provide. Yes it's true the job has been done in 15-20 minutes for two people. The price has been agreed for the works to be done not for the time spent

Carpets, windows and driveway cleaned
Very pleased with the professionalism and quality of Brent Cleaners. Came when expected, finished on time and everything was noticeably cleaner.
