  Clay tile roof repair

  Some tiles on a large section of the roof had started to flake and crumble and therefore needed replacing. John came to the house and gave me a quote, which I accepted. He arranged for scaffolding to be erected and completed the job in 2 days, including repairing the ridge tiles. The roof is now looking good. John and his team worked hard, were very pleasant to deal with and left the area clean and tidy. A great job....

  Urgent roof repair

  John was the first to contact me after, which in my case was extremely important as the work needed to be done within short time. Not only did John respond very quickly, he also found a mutually convenient time for us to review the work the next day. I felt nervous at first, but after John showed me the repair required, explained a couple of options with rough costs, plus his empathetic manner and supportive approach, gave me confidence in hiring him to complete the work. I was very impressed by John and indeed the work done. Highly recommend Broadoak for any roof work.

  Roof tiles, soffits, replacing timbers that were rotting, all work carried out effectively and without unnecessary delays. John kept us informed throughout, updating us on progress while his team worked efficiently to complete the work to our satisfaction. The whole process was carried out with consideration and care.
