  James and the team were reliable, super clean and considerate. James himself was very thorough, conscientious and patient in taking the time to explain everything and talk us through the different decisions. I will definitely use James/Broadway electrical in the future and highly recommend.

  Lost all power to sockets

  We suddenly lost all power to all our sockets one evening, with no obvious reason. We called James out of hours, and he kept us informed about what time he would get to us, then arrived as promised and managed to make a temporary fix. He then sourced the replacement part the next day, and returned to complete the task. James was so helpful and we were really pleased with the service. Definitely recommend and would use again! Thank you.

  Finding the fault

  The source of the fault on my electrical system was speedily located. The search was systematic, comprehensive and explained to me at each stage. The fault was soon rectified The electrician was polite, knowledgeable and a calm and clean worker. I was pleased with results and would not hesitate to recommend the company.
