  Radiator fix

  A couple of our radiators weren't heating up. BR Plumbing quickly came by and resolved the issue (an airlock and broken TRV). I was surprised they just left me with the broken TRV and didn't suggest for them to come back with a new TRV to finish the job. Looks simple enough to DIY that bit though

  Toilet needed fixing

  He came very quick, Toilet had a leak and the system was broken. explained everything to me, plus how much cost would be. Did the work very good woill use again if needed.

  I had contacted BR Plumbing and Heating who had originally booked me in for one date and then kindly changed this when I requested a sooner appointment. I was given a 1 hour time slot. About 10 minutes before the end of this slot, I text them to ask for an ETA. Half an hour later, I text again and still did not receive a response. Once half an hour past the timeslot had gone by, I needed to leave so had to text again and cancel the job. At the time of writing this review, I still have not received any communication from them despite how response they were at the time of booking.
