Not much more to say than: No problem with "Office" processes, even offered appointments within a week of the (non emergency) call. Boiler serviced in first ½ hour of the 2 hour appointment slot. Great ! Technician on time, polite, and no mess to clear up after he left ! Brunswick Ltd. Installed our new boiler late December '22... quickly resolving the worrying concern of going through a family Christmas without heat or hot water. They quoted and installed within the week before the big day. Service was thorough and considerate, pricing was competitive.
