  Had a leak in my bathroom. Came to inspect the damage and what needed to be done. When available came on the day I needed and within 40 minutes job done. Very tidy. Will use again. Very happy.

  Kitchen sink replacement we eventually set a date for the job

  Eventually set a date/time for start and plumber turned up within the time scale. He came across a couple of problems but having explained to me what he would do to resolve them, he got on with completing the work to my satisfaction. He worked hard not stopping for a drink and cleaned up after him. I am very satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone. My only concern is that he was unable to take away the old sink and plumbing. I am disabled and unable to take it to the tip myself. It would be useful if he could remove the rubbish to the tip.

  couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received! After reaching out about an issue with our upstairs toilet, I was contacted promptly and the plumber came out the very next day—a level of responsiveness that’s hard to come by. The job involved removing and refitting the toilet cistern and replacing the faulty flush valve, which was all done quickly, cleanly, and to a very high standard. I also had an outdoor tap installed. Communication was excellent throughout—clear, professional, and friendly. Everything was explained to me in simple terms, and I always felt kept in the loop.
