Outside back gate lock
My enquiry was swiftly answered and the quote was given in a day. The work was arranged around my busy schedule! I was treated with respect and courtesy, and Ben's work was diligent and professional.. even for ( what I thought) was a small job!

Two Lock Changes and installation
I contacted Ben from BT Locksmiths, in relation to an emergency double lock change, and from start to finish, his workmanship, professionalism, and customer service from exceptional. The work required was complex but that didn't phase Ben and his team. Absolutely amazing locksmith, and I couldn't recommend him any higher, my first-stop locksmith. Brilliant, thank you Ben.

Our go to locksmith! Amazing service & company
I’ve used Ben a few times for urgent jobs around London. The most recent was for one of our clients just before Christmas. They had a lock on an exit door that was faulty and not working. The lock itself was obsolete so unable to replace (at least quickly and before they closed for Christmas) It was imperative that it be fixed as otherwise would leave the building exposed whilst they closed for the Christmas break. Ben was on hand & attended site and managed to change various parts inside of it to get it working again. He always gives a 5* service no matter the job, and is our go to for locks!

Changing the lock as I had been burgled
Ben was absolutely amazing, going out of his way to ensure my lock could be changed on the day. He reassured me and I was completely confident in his workmanship. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing any lock services.

Yale Connexis Replacement
We called Ben out to fix our Yale Connexis Smart Lock. Ben arrived the same day and quickly diagnosed a fault with the lock. We discussed whether it could be fixed with parts that we had from another smart lock and Ben even checked with colleagues to see if they could suggest a different solution, but it couldn't be fixed. Ben ensured the door locked manually and returned the next working day to remove and replace with a standard lock. Ben was knowledgeable, reasonably priced and even produced a report for us to send to Yale. We would recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith.
