  Fantastic Interaction and Rapid Resolution of Electrical fault.

  Fantastic experience with Bucks Electrical Services (Wayne Smith). I placed an enquiry about an 11 year old cooker/fuseboard fault query - oven appeared to trip the circuits. Quick WhatsApp interaction (within 10 minutes of the enquiry), followed by an immediate phonecall, with diagnosis and resolution over the phone. Very knowledgable and professional. Courteous and considerate of the kids he heard on the call too. Took time to reassure me of the process and the reasoning behind actions. Highly recommended.

  Top bloke, top job

  Wayne contacted me within 4 hours of me posting with a quote. He was able to come round to do the job two days later. A lovely guy, he finished within 30 minutes and then explained how the device worked/could be adjusted. Highly recommended.

  Great friendly and knowledgeable service

  Prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service and great that they were able to sort out another small electrical job while at my property. Also great at communication - a big plus. I will certainly have no hesitation in contacting them for future electrical requirements.

  Smoke Alarms

  Excellent customer service

  Wayne from Bucks Electrical Services came out to install new smoke alarms and replace external security lights in my home. He really listened to what I wanted and had great suggestions for these items. He was friendly and thorough and we're really pleased with the work. I would highly recommend this company.

  Garden Lighting

  Remove 1 and install 2 PIR lantern lights at front of house and replace 1 security light at the back

  Great comms with Wayne - when we agreed a date and time, he arrived on time, talked through what I wanted and then installed the lights. The work was done quickly and cleanly - would recommend!
