Excellent company
I don't usually do reviews but... I am so pleased with the results and the process of working with Les and his team. Our hallway is transformed and various associated work is completed. I felt very comfortable with everyone who carried out the work and impressed with how Les coordinated everything, communicated well, and made things easy for us. Beautiful extension
Build Maintain created a beautiful, architecturally designed extension to my property. Workmanship was of a high standard, they co-ordinated with craftsman to finish the project. Les and Adam are highly professional, they worked hard to communicate with neighbours when noise may pose a problem. They have followed up my project with any questions I had. An efficient, competent team.
The team were professional, intuitively helpful, on time and co-ordinated. They completed our garage conversion to an excellent standard. Electric work.
My fuse box needed changing. Les replaced it and informed me how to use it and made me feel confident that I could use it myself. He cleared up the mess. I would definitely use Les again for and electric work in my house.Job location: BS30
