  Reliable, efficient, skilled, hard working, tidy and considerate. Stress free!

  I needed a single garage converted to a utility/office space plus downstairs loo. I also has an asbestos roof to be replaced and the electric board relocated. . I also had a Baxi back boiler replaced and moved out to that space with some new radiators and a new door knocked through in my hall. It was going to be quite a pricey project and my first experience with a larger project. What a great team! Les and Adam were efficient, reliable, hardworking. The whole process was stress free and I am thrilled with the results! I do not hesitate to recommend them. Great team!

  Les was really friendly and carried out the job quickly replacing two wall lights. Communication was easy. 100% recommend and will use him as my first call in the future.

  I don't usually do reviews but... I am so pleased with the results and the process of working with Les and his team. Our hallway is transformed and various associated work is completed. I felt very comfortable with everyone who carried out the work and impressed with how Les coordinated everything, communicated well, and made things easy for us.   Beautiful extension

  Build Maintain created a beautiful, architecturally designed extension to my property. Workmanship was of a high standard, they co-ordinated with craftsman to finish the project. Les and Adam are highly professional, they worked hard to communicate with neighbours when noise may pose a problem. They have followed up my project with any questions I had. They were a pleasure to have working on site for an extended period of time. I highly recommend them.

  An efficient, competent team.

  The team were professional, intuitively helpful, on time and co-ordinated. They completed our garage conversion to an excellent standard.
