    Fast, knowledgeable and efficient service

    Contacted Ben about a patio door that we were having difficulty locking. He gave a quote over the phone and came out same day and resolved the issue. He did such a good job, we asked him to also look at a window that wasn't closing flush to the frame, which he also fixed. Price very reasonable too, for quick and efficient service like this.

    Speedy replacement of window hinge

    Very quick to quote with an accurate price. Same day repair with a phone call to confirm expected arrival time. Asked for photos in advance to make sure he had the right parts and tools. Upstairs window stuck open was easy for them to solve. Explained the process before starting and completed the work promptly, leaving everything clean and tidy. He had started the job before anyone else had even offered to quote! Happy to quite for future repairs whilst on site with no pressure. Definitely recommend and will call this business again if I need any similar work done.

    Ben responded quickly and was able to complete the work within 24 hours of his reply. He did a brilliant job, was polite and punctual, and best of all, he stuck to his original quote. Plus , the quote was very reasonable.
