  5/5 Stars- Outstanding service!

I cannot recommend Carlos enough. I needed a new toilet flusher sorted and a new tap installed, and he did a flawless job on both. From the start, communication was clear, he was quick to come out, and very honest. The work was carried out quickly, cleanly, and to a high standard. He took the time to explain everything, walked me through all options /issues, and left the place spotless. Fair pricing, total professionalism, and genuinely great to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to friends and family!

  New thermostat

I called Carlos to sort out the bathroom radiator which is now working perfectly. He also checked the heating system for me as the radiators weren’t particularly very hot and discovered the thermostat was causing a problem. He installed a new thermostat and now the whole house is lovely and warm.

  Fully reliable and trustworthy

As a family, we have used Carlos for various plumbing and heating issues over the years. Carlos took on the difficult job of installing central heating in my ground-floor flat; given the concrete floors and walls, he was honest about the cost of labour, the trickiness, and the mess the job entailed. His workmanship is to a true professional standard; furthermore, he leaves the place immaculate after he completes a day's work. When Carlos takes on a job, he treats each job as it were his own home; my family and I will continue to use Carlos :)

  Quality Workmanship

Carlos fitted us a lovely shower room for my elderly mum who could no longer use the bath. He took his time to help my mum choose what she wanted. Carlos always made sure she was happy at every stage of the job. We can highly recommend C A Heating & Plumbing Ltd.
