New entrance to under stairs storage area
Michael came to price the job, he was very knowledgeable and polite. Promised to send me a quote within a couple of days. Chased him after 4 days and was told quote within a day or two. Chased again after 3 days and was told I'd have the quote by the end of the day. Didn't happen. Subfloor Replacement and Batten Replacement
Michael and his team were prompt, polite and very quick. The standard of work was excellent, and is a real improvement over the original subfloor that was laid back when the property was built. Michael took the time to investigate and visited a second time to confirm the quote, and suggested a much more suitable solution for the bathroom subfloor to avoid ever having to rip it up again. Once the job was finished, you couldn't tell he'd been there, as there was no mess at all left behind. Replacement of skirting to match existing and small dog door
Michael did a great job of matching original skirting board which could not be bought off-shelf. He was professional and punctual and kept in touch on progress which was greatly appreciated.
