Cladding to the front and back of house
Cladding they fitted to the front and back of our house was not level, which we noticed after the completion. Lee and Wayne agreed and sent a colleague to correct the work, we were out at the time and on our arrival back home we could still see issues with the levels. Lee and Wayne came back out to assess and agreed they also could still see issues. They planned to order a blended filler from the cladding manufacturer to refit some of the planks. Renovation of rental property
This is third project we've done with Lee and Wayne as so happy with their work. This one is total refit of our rental flat - New kitchen, bathroom, heating system, walls/ceilings skimmed and painted, New front door and repairs to windows. They take everything away, keep us updated on progress, give ideas on things as we're going and discuss everything. House renovation. The work is still underway but so far they have taken down a wall in the house. Put up a wall. Taken all walls in the living room back to plaster including the fire place. Fitted a new front door and a couple of windows. They have started the plastering work.
So pleased with the work so far. I have a huge list of stuff I want them to do as have just brought the house. They turn up when they say they will. The make a mess but do try to keep it to a minimum and have their own hoover to clear up. Extension to garden wall including 6ft fencing and porch wall and inside door added to existing porch
Lee and Wayne are very professional and polite and and the result is a high quality level of building work. They completed an extension to an existing front garden wall and did such a fantatic job that it matched exactly. They then built from materials a new large garden fence to be added to the front wall. Again the work was exceptional and quaility of the new fence brilliant. They then finished by adding a new inside wall and double glazed door to the inside of an existing porch on House. The end result was better then I ever imagined and I was so impressed.
