    The Canford Drains team were friendly and helpful on the telephone, and arranged an appointment quickly. Craig was prompt and he worked professionally and efficiently to sort out our problem. He explained everything to us as he worked and gave us good advice. He cleaned all the site area thoroughly before he left and we would not hesitate to recommend Canford Drains.

    Mark has been extremely helpful and understanding on a number of occasions over the phone. We had previously been told by the another company that we had thousands of pounds worth of damage and it was urgent we have it done as soon as possible. Phoned Canford Drains (a local company), who reassured us, that with the symptoms we were describing it doesn’t sound as bad as we first thought. He has come out to carry out a CCTV survey of our drains today. He has been excellent with showing us the footage, explaining thoroughly what issues there are, how severe

    The team from Canford Drains arrived promptly and set to immediately clearing my blocked drain pipe of excessive roots. The 2 guys were polite, helpful and explained how they were going to fix my drain and did it within the hour. I was worried that this was going to cost a great deal of money and be a real drama, it definitely wasn't and they removed the 15 foot roots in no time! A really professional and prompt service and I will certainly use this company again if I need to.

    I'm currently renovating a property that has been empty for more than 2 years so felt it appropriate to have the drainage system checked & cleaned in preparation for my eventual occupation. To be honest, I didn't ring around for this service - based on previous reviews I only contacted Canford Drains. I haven't been disappointed. True to his word Mark fitted me in at the earliest opportunity. Darren & George did a great job making sense of my system, thoroughly & methodically cleaning everything out & allowing me the opportunity to view the images from the camera. All very professional.
