Brilliant job on very tired carpets
Really pleased with the carpet cleaning. Our carpets were in a pretty bad state beforehand, but they've come up brilliantly – even the heavily soiled areas look almost like new, and they feel lovely underfoot again. He was thorough, took his time, and clearly knew what he was doing. Also just a genuinely nice, polite bloke who was really respectful of our home while he worked. What more could you ask for. Mark was brilliant, polite, professional and very easy to work with. Communication from the outset was perfect, keeping in touch every step of the way. It is obvious that Mark takes pride in his work and his business. Mark took the time to talk me through the whole process. And even waited for me to finish work at the end to walk me through the job. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish . We had some very heavily stained beige carpets and with no real expectations other than having to throw them away, we thought we’d give professional cleaning a go and liked Mark’s friendly and speedy responses as well as his excellent reviews. We were not disappointed… Mark worked all day and the carpets are transformed. My partner was home all day and said that Mark was so friendly, professional and hard working and when I arrived home from work I genuinely could not believe what a great job he’d done.
