10 I would recommend Carter Security

Job location: HA8I had a problem with my alarm and Daniel was trying to fix it remotely but could not. The Engineer came out and I had to have a new unit for the problem to be solved. He was very clean and efficient and solved the problem. However, I was not covered for parts and this cost me £106.76 which I was really not expecting. The reason I am saying this, is that if you can, take out cover for parts as well.8 A good security alarm company:

I got an appointment as desired. The phone call was attended immediately. The engineer arrived within the time slot told . He spent a good time checking around the system. He seemed to be professional and knowledgeable. He advised and communicated well. This was annual service to my Intruder Alarm system installed at home. This company has been professional, helpful and readily available from start to finish. When Dan arrived he was very polite, respectful and carried out his work diligently and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was also very patient while teaching us how to use the alarm. We've been with Carter Security for years now and their service has always been of the highest level - very professional and equally personable, whether it be the visiting engineer or those back at base. On this latest visit we've had the same experience of a polite engineer who takes their time to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and gets the job done - just what you'd want and a great ambassodor for the company. When choosing a company to provide fire & security systems for your home or business you cannot afford to take short cuts. You are not buying a system, you are investing time as well as money in a solution to a risk. Please don't judge a company by TV advertising or the low price offered before a survey has even been carried out.
A survey is the only way for a company to give you what you really need and for you to get a feel for how they will look after your needs during & after the installation. All our systems include a 12-month parts and labour guarantee which can be extended if required and our clients enjoy 24-hour call-out and engineering support.
Carter Security are about retaining clients, so our contracts are annually renewable by you. No lengthy or complex cancellation procedures are involved. Digital, Dualcom and RedCARE GSM Monitoring are provided at competitive rates for Fire and Security Systems as well as Speech Diallers and text systems for lower risk systems. We can provide monitored CCTV viewable over iPhones, Blackberry, Windows and Android mobile phones. Carter engineers wear company uniforms and ID badges and the company operates within specified guidelines. Security Screening All Carter staff have been vetted by police and issued with ID cards. Insurances Adequate / relevant cover for Employers, Product, Public and Efficacy liability.Customer Contracts Written customer contracts describing product and services supplied.
