  Fast efficient service

  I was most impressed with Castle Locksmiths. I phoned them early in the morning and they came round in the afternoon at a time convenient to me. The problem with the front door was quickly diagnosed and sorted out in under half an hour at a very reasonable charge. I can thoroughly recommend them for any lock issues. In addition he unloaded three heavy trestle tables from my can and put them away at no charge as I am elderly and have problems lifting. Service second to none!

  Good job done

  Matt fixed the padlock on our garden gate. He was prompt and friendly and was very reasonably priced. I would certainly call on him again and would highly recommend him.

  Professional, helpful, reliable service

  A padlock had completely seized up on our beach hut. Matt was able to remove it with an angle grinder for a reasonable price. Matt was punctual, helpful and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again if needed.

  Lock change

  Matt replied to my message promptly, answered all my questions and was able to attend on the day I moved in to my new property, at the time I required, to change the lock, and provided me with the type of lock I wanted. He was very polite and reassuring, and did a very good job, very quickly.

  Locked out of a car keys inside

  Matt came round to our house in Canterbury CT1 for an emergency car lockout. He responded straight away and was there within 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

  Very good service
