  Wayne provided an excellent and thorough service even though he had to cope with a last minute change of date when our vendor had to self isolate due to Covid 19 rules. He completed our survey at the earliest opportunity and let us have his report the next day. He has been very helpful indeed talking us through the issues raised and giving us ongoing advice. We would definitely recommend Castle Surveyors Ltd.

  Homebuyer Report Booking

  Whilst booking and only after attempting to clarify their own company terms, my job was no longer suitable for Castle Surveyors and they hung up the phone; even though we had agreed a date and exchanged property details. Not very professional, good job there are plenty of other experts in the area willing to do a residential survey with better service.

  We're always working to improve our services and having client feedback is always good. In this case, however, this was not a client we did work for so suspect it's spurious as we don't simply hang up the phone on potential business, but do try hard to only work with clients we feel we can help save time, money or aggravation when moving home. It's possible we didn't feel able to do so in this case, so would not have continued the instruction. It's understandable that you feel aggrieved for not getting what you want, the world is that way these days it seems as more people think they should get what they want, even when a Professional tells them it's not the best way to do it. We try to discuss requirements with our potential clients, over the phone, to ensure we can provide what they need, when they need it. If we don't think we can, then we'll provide our thoughts and initial advice (for free) then move onto the next client. Sorry but in a busy market, which we are at present due to COVID19 and the Stamp Duty Holiday, we need to prioritise our communications to focus those we can assist. Sorry if in this case that didn't include you.

  Homebuyer's report

  Quick, efficient and good customer service. Requested the report through their website on Friday afternoon, received a callback within 10 minutes to make arrangements. They took care of all the arrangements with the estate agents and vendors. Survey was done on the Tuesday and report popped into my inbox 7:17am on Wednesday morning. Good quality report. Perfect.

  Home Buyers Survey

  Highly recommend Castle Surveyors Ltd for their recent services. We received the Homebuyers Report a day after the initial survey inspection which was very thorougher and an in-depth report. Wayne was happy to discuss my questions with regard to his findings over the telephone. Very helpful gentleman and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home report. Very competitive prices and excellent value for money. Will definitely be using again in the future.

  Survey on a house I’m about to purchase.

  I’m so pleased that I chose Castle Surveyors Limited. Wayne did a really thorough check and made the report clear and easy to understand . He was always happy to answer any questions if I didn’t understand it. I would highly recommend Wayne. If ever I move again I know who to ring. Thanks Wayne.
