Renovation quote for Mid 1900's cottage
I am currently in the process of purchasing my next home, which is very old and requires substantial renovation. A gem of a company
James and his team are our go to team for repairs issues. We had severe cracks in all of our upstairs walls. After about 20 contractors/companies who were not able to determine the cause, James came along, got on his hands and knees in the loft, and found that it was to do with the roof. They carried out the remedial work to an excellent standard. Later we found that a couple of roof's supporting beams were cracking. Again they came up with a solution and carried out the works to their usual high standards. We have extensive knowledge in all ranges of properties, covering heritage homes, period properties and of course modern builds. Using heritage techniques and products such as lime, however with the ability to add a modern twist to save on unnecessary costs. And if your budget is to simply provide a dry interior, maybe your circumstances don't warrant extensive works, I can provide services to suite your budget.
