  After accepting what I thought was a very good price, the work was carried out within a few days. Everything was supplied as agreed and sim the installation engineer, very polite and efficient, overall excellent service

  Sump cover and flue manifold assembly replacement

  I requested Celmeng for a boiler service and gas safety certificate. When carrying out the work, they said I needed a new sump cover and flue manifold assembly as it was leaking. They carried out the work and invoiced me. 8 months later, upon inspection, there is still a leak with a hole in the flue manifold assembly and the seal on the sump cover has gone. It makes me think either the work was never carried out or they put faulty parts in. I have contacted the company via phone and message and, despite speaking to them, I have had no resolution or follow up to my call.
