Clive initially came out to replace a seized gate valve. Whilst he was here, we discussed the ancient water heater in the flat, which he examined. The ballcock valve was not working and he said the tank would be full of limescale. I requested a quote to replace with an instant water heater as had considered getting it replaced. Clive gave me a rough idea of the price and later quoted via checkatrade. I accepted this and he said he could do it the next day. Clive got in touch straight away and provided a very quick arrival time, spotted the problem with the toilet and got it fixed within 2 hours. Outstanding work and generally a great person to chat with as well. Would highly recommend!

Clive is friendly, punctual, knowledgeable. He came in to help with a failed DIY job and empaphised with our struggle. He checked over our work, retired things we had tried and eventually identified what was causing our leak. A part was ordered, collected and the job completed in 5-10 minutes. Overall, Clive was here for about an hour and a half and was so patient. Clive left us with a working cold water tap, which I am so greatful for, and left the sink tidy.
