AVOID THIS COMPANY
Avoid this company. I will be reporting my experience to Checkatrade. An engineer attended my property to investigate a leaking expansion vessel. He replaced the vessel, and that part of the work appeared to be completed satisfactorily. However, I was then told that my entire air source heat pump was no longer working because the circuit board had been damaged by water. We were left without hot water for the entire weekend. We arranged for a more experienced company to inspect the system. Connor recently came out to sort some plumbing issues at my house and I was really impressed with the service. He was professional, friendly, punctual, and explained everything clearly. Excellent Service whether maintainance or emergency
Connor and team are professional, efficient, well priced and organised. We use the company for boiler maintainance, but also emergencies and general plumbing help. They have always been flexible and transparent on service and cost. They are nice people to have in your home with minimum disruption.
