  Composite Decking

  Reliable, considerate and skilled

We’ve had a few jobs completed by CVL including fencing, laying patio and building decking. They are reliable and hard working. They are considerate of the homeowner and keep things as tidy as they can. Zoltan has a rare characteristic of a tradesperson in that he actually keeps you informed of the progress including any issues which have occurred as he goes along. He lets you know if this is going to add to the amount quoted. He also voices his suggestions when making plans or checking progress with you. The final results have been high quality and even better than we expected!

Highly skilled, professional and great communication

Zoltan and Christophe have transformed our little garden into a beautiful outdoor living space. The work has been carried out to an extremely high standard, with every single detail accounted for. Zoltan was a great communicator, guiding us through every single step of the process. He is also meticulous with the detail and very thoughtful and considerate. The work was carried out thoroughly and with minimal disruption. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful porcelain patio, oak sleepers and lawned area.

Garden landscaping - new turf laid with paved path and gravel area

Chalke Valley Landscaping did excellent work for me again (the third piece of work they have done). Zoltan organised everything, maintained good and friendly communication, and worked very hard (even during the mini-heatwave). I had new turf laid with a new paved path and gravel area. The work was done to a high standard. Highly recommended.

MY GARDEN IS PERFECT - EVEN LOOKS BIGGER THAN BEFORE!!

From his first visit to the site to his finishing touches, Zoltan was extremely attentive to detail and kept me informed and asked my opinion every step of the way. I needed an extension to an existing patio, another patio and a path. He even dug a hole for a future pond! The end result was outstanding! He and Kristof worked full days over a two week period. They were hard working, professional, and neat and tidy. Zoltan is friendly, considerate and communicated well. They were reliable and puctual and I would not hesitate to ask him to take on further jobs. Highly recommended!

New garden patio and raised patio.

Zoltan removed our old garden patio and raised patio, replacing it with porcelain slabs and extending it out into a path. The raised patio was rebuilt with new bricks. The work was very expertly and carefully carried out. He was always friendly, reliable and kept us up to date with the progress. He also came in on budget and finished on schedule. His work is of an extremely high standard and finished beautifully. We are very pleased with all aspects of this 6 week project.

  Decking replacement

Zoltan did an excellent job in replacing our rotted decking with gravel, encountering a few surprises such as a buried drain inspection cover, and a leaking surface drain. He corrected all problems and redesigned the project at reasonable cost, and in a very short time, despite adverse weather conditions. We have total confidence in his work.
