Really pleased with our new bathroom. Malcolm was great a communicating from the initial quote appointment, he arranged for his merchants to drop over ideas for the bathroom & quotes. He supported us with finding tiles & we got a great discount on these too. Malcolm spent 2 weeks fitting our bathroom, he is such a friendly guy & put up with my control freak ways! Would recommend & wouldn’t hesitate to use Malcolm again 😊

I contacted Chandlers Plumbing about a plumbing emergency, a failed toilet flush. Malcolm responded to my call with professionalism and with a priority in recognition of the situation. The repair was carried out, during which, as the situation became clearer, options were discussed and a preferred way forward agreed. The fee was fair for the job done too. Excellent service from first point of contact to job completion. Very friendly customer service approch. Helpful advice given in regard to the work required and explanation in regard to what was needed and for future reference in terms of kitchen tap plumbing. Very open in relation to costs and needs dependent on the amount of work needed. Would definately use again for future plumbing needs.

Highly recommend. Came out for 2 issues and did a great job locating fault and fixing. Tidied up all waste after job. Even took the time to reassure our timid puppy!
