  Stairlift installation

  From the initial phone call to the actual fitting, we were very impressed. The installation was completed the day after survey and we can now rest easy that our 87 year old Dad can safely access upstairs. Can’t thank you all enough!

  Stairlift Fitting

  Needed a lift for my grandad as he can't get around easily any more. Chapter talked me through the options and made it a lot easier. Friendly and helpful when I called up and the engineer who fit the lift was also fantastic, can't recommend them enough!

  Disgruntled customer

  We had a very pleasant helpful engineer out to measure my mother in laws house for a stairlift, we paid £1.962.50 deposit but had to wait a few weeks for installation. Sadly my mother in law took ill and passed away before chair was due to be installed. We informed the company that unfortunately we no longer required the chairlift, after a few phone calls from us the company decided we could have a partial refund which is fair enough we expected that what we didn’t expect was a measly £300 ! So would I recommend this company ,definitely not I think It’s disgusting.

  We are extremely surprised to receive your review, having not received a complaint from you directly. As explained in 9.1 of our T&C’s – this is a bespoke item that was cancelled by yourself after manufacture of said product. We therefore have net costs that must be considered, including the building of a bespoke lift. We have not charged a penny more than that of covering said costs nor have we profited from this scenario. It is an unfortunate situation, but we have been fair in response and transparency of the process. Our sympathies are extended to the entire family.   Stairlift Installation

  Cannot thank Chapter enough for their work completed at my parents house recently. The staff in the office reacted quickly to our issue and we were able to have a stairlift fitted within 24hrs. We went with the Homeglide lift as it had been recommend by a neighbour who had the same lift installed by Chapter. Friendly lads that came to install on the day. Lift itself is neatly fitted and provides a smooth journey. All round 10* job.

  Straight stairlift

  Since being fitted the stairlift has bumped and banged whilst on its travel. The fitter has been back three times but has only made the problem worse. I have sent the company emails but they never reply nor do they contact me ! I have to ring them. Unsatisfactory product with non existent Customer Care. Do not buy from them !
