Excellent work carried out promptly
Removal of chimney
Mr Trott came very quickly to look at our leaking chimney. He was polite and helpful and got the quote to us quickly. The work was completed efficiently and all mess was tidied up. We are very happy with the work of him and team. Many thanks!
A roof repair
We have used Charles previously and we’re entirely happy to call him again when our roof sprung a leak. He is very professional and knowledgeable and also courteous and reliable.

Poor communication
Was meant to come over twice and didn't bother. Just didn't turn up and couldn't even be bothered to let me know, so don't bother to contact him.

I spent my Saturday looking at jobs with son in the van. I pulled up once and there was nowhere nearby to park and wasn’t comfortable leaving him out of sight. So I went elsewhere and planned to come back later on that day. I went into to town and ran out of time and daylight. I did text to say I would come back the following day but did forget if I’m honest. I have been inundated will relentless calls, texts and emails over January. We are a small family business and I’m also on the tools most of the time. Sometimes it’s difficult to keep track of everyone. We have already done a repair for this customer a few years previously so find it a bit harsh to do a bad review instead of calling again.
Chimney Stack removal
Professional service carried out at short notice. Arrived at the time promised. Excellent experience from the Team, and would recommend the Company to others.
