Repairs to gas boiler

Generally an excellent service and the engineers are all friendly and helpful. My only concern is that the company does not keep a stock of any of the parts needed for repairs so these have to be ordered. This can mean a long delay in getting breakdowns repaired of around 2 weeks - not great if it is a central heating system in winter. Currently waiting for more parts to arrive to fix another issue.

From initial contact, through the system design, installation and after service the whole team have been open, honest, highly skilled and available. They were directly recommended by Vaillant. Job was completed within the agreed time frame, on budget and with courtesy to us and neighbours. Job also involved removing old system and some minor building work. Coordination of trades was impressive. Site always left clean and safe and tools and supplies were only left having asked permission. A couple of minor after install glitches were sorted within a couple of hours. Thoroughly recommended.

Oil boiler service

Great communication from the admin team. A small oil leak appeared the next day after our boiler was serviced, but CHG immediately provided advice and sent someone to repair the problem. Both technicians were considerate with their tidiness (e.G. Removed shoes on carpets and mopped up their work area before leaving).

Mike sorted out a tiny leak below our sink very quickly. He was courteous and explained what he was doing. Minor problem with sliding toilet seat also sorted out quickly. I strongly recommend CHG.
