Lintel replacement
During the process of buying our house, a structural survey revealed that the lintels above the kitchen door and window needed replacing. From initial consultation and quote through to completion, Chris and his colleague were extremely professional and friendly, with the work carried out to a high standard within a reasonable timeframe (6 working days), with flexibility to perform the works according to our availability. When things didn't quite go to plan, we were kept well informed, and the final price matched the initial quote. Overall, very pleased with the final outcome. Opening up downstairs, building new room within garage and removing giant fireplace
Chris has got to be the most considerate builder with a high attention to detail. He very often made suggestions to do things a better way or go the extra mile to do ensure things were always done right. He was very reliable, was very accomodating when we added a whole weeks worth of extra bits as the job went on which came up as things got demolished. When getting a quote he was also the only person to take time to look and see what I was asking and made suggestions rather than just saying "yes" to everything without properly looking. internal wall removal

We offer a fully managed service for your project, with all the accompanying co-ordination of tradesmen, suppliers and sub-contractors. We can arrange, or liaise with, associated professionals - architects, surveyors, engineers etc. The aim being to provide a smooth progression before, during and into completion of your project.
We have a written Health and Safety policy which can be provided, along with Risk Assessments and Method Statements ( issued after confirmation of order )
