"After being let down by others, Chris Lay came out last minute to fix a leak in our boiler just before Easter weekend. He was very thorough, explained the problem in simple terms, and had to get the necessary parts, unfortunately my boiler was just too old and I needed a new one. So grateful that he fitted a brand new one on the Saturday and it has actually improved my heating to the best we’ve ever had it.
