We used Stacy for converting our conservatory into a single-storey extension and he’s honestly been incredible from start to finish. From the first point of contact he’s been quick to reply, friendly and helpful, and always takes the time to explain things properly. His report was clear, detailed and easy to understand, even for someone with no structural knowledge. Months later, he still replies to our questions and offers advice without hesitation. We sought quotes from 4 structural engineers. All replied. But some had additional charges and had to be prompted to include the actual work we wanted doing. CSDS were clear with their quote for price and works from the start, easy to communicate with to arrange a site visit. The engineer produced the plans and calculations the same day as the site visit which was great. Our engineer was patient with us (as first time home owners and being utter novices) which was really comforting and gave us confidence. Thank you very much to CSDS.

Stacy was quick to respond and also scheduled the appointment in very good time. He was professional and friendly, very reasonably priced, and went above and beyond what we had asked for. He then had the report back to us that same day within a few hours. Outstanding service and we would definitely recommend him.
