They will never be there when they say they will
Do not use this company. In 30 years of project management, I have never encountered an owner who is as arrogant and unprofessional as this one. He repeatedly promised to attend site but failed to show up, and rather than communicating any delays or absences, he simply ignored calls and messages for weeks, leaving the project unfinished. Several members of his own staff told me that this behaviour is common.
