  From our initial enquiry with CleverClear, the communication was prompt and thorough, and the quote was very reasonable. Tim and his team were polite, pleasant, and punctual. They explained the process as they toured our property, making us feel comfortable enough to leave them to work unsupervised. Even when they encountered some unexpected items (our mistake), Tim handled the situation without hesitation, making an extra round trip to ensure the job was done. Tim went above and beyond to ensure the house clearance was completed. Highly recommended to others - Thankyou guys!

  Excellent clearance service

  Tim was easy to deal with throughout, explaining his service clearly. I live 50 miles from the very cluttered property he was clearing after a bereavement & he was happy to let himself in, to save me travelling over. Tim & his team did a very good job under challenging conditions but didn't make a fuss & just got on with it. Tim waited patiently while I tried to contact the rental agency about whether the white goods should stay. They got the job done on the day promised and sent me photos of every area of the cleared property, inside and out, when done, showing clear surfaces all through.

  Smooth and easy house clearance!

  CleverClear were quick to respond to my enquiry and arranged a date to meet at the property to quote for the work. Tim was punctual and smartly dressed, and was polite and respectful as I showed him around. We then agreed the price and a date for the clearance the following week. Key handover was easy and I was glad Tim was able to work around my schedule. The clearance was done on time and I received follow up photos and video evidence afterwards. Very pleased with the service received, it was a smooth and easy process! I would use CleverClear again for any future clearances.

  Great service! Highly recommend

  We are getting our house ready for sale and needed quite a bit of furniture removed. We weren't in the UK at the time, which made organising a bit trickier. I contacted Tim and he responded straight away. He was kind, professional and flexible. His quote was reasonable and he was able to work with the estate agents to gain access, keeping me updated throughout via email. I'd highly recommend the team at CleverClear.
