Wouldn't give me a quote unless my husband was there, misogynistic company policy
I requested a quote from Clever Energy and received a phone call from Nick who went through a few questions with me before wanting to arrange a phone call with a surveyor. I agreed to the call from the surveyor to go through the options and get a price. I was then called back by Nick to say that they wanted my husband on the call, I had previously advised that my husband couldn't be on the call. Nick informed me that with all the information given by the surveyor that I wouldn't be able to explain it to my husband. Apologies this has come across like this. There was no mention of your gender. The request of both decision makers there at the time of the appointment is quite standard and reasonable for companies to ask. Gender is not something we take into account.
