  Drain relining

  Fabulous service from initial contact for a drain report required by Southern Water and then subsequent work for relining a private drain and installing a non return valve due to a rodent problem in the drain. Communication was great throughout, Chloe explained her initial findings and showed us the problem with the drain and Ross and Harvey arrived when expected and did a great job of repairing the drain and installing the non return valve.

  the guys are so professional and helpful

  the guys turned up early and were really quick and efficient and also gave me ways to make sure the problem wouldn't happen again and if by chance it did they are more than happy to assist again. explained the process and what the job would involve b4 starting just so i knew what i was paying for

  Drain covers fixed. Great solution delivery and great service throughout.

  I was looking for a company to fix my drain covers. Two local builders hadn't even responded to my enquiries. So I was delighted to find a specialist drainage company in my area. From my first call to CM Trade Solutions I had excellent dialog to understand what needed to be done, get a clear proposal, and a reasonable price. The engineer arrived on time, delivered an excellent solution to a high professional standard, left the site very tidy, and all with superb customer service throughout. 5 stars to Ella for the office work and to Chloe for doing the job.   Impeccable service

  Can’t fault Chloe. She came out next day and both cleared the drain and retrieved my rods which were stuck 11 down the drain. She had the patience of a saint. She then followed up and sorted out a site visit by Thames Water keeping me informed all the way. Brilliant service from start to finish.
