Minimum charge £80, after the first hour £37 per hour

Gas Landlords certificate £70

Gas boiler service £80

Gas cookers and fires services dependant on the appliance min £60

Oil Boiler service £85 plus materials

Oil fired range appliance £125 plus materials (pressure jet appliances only not vaporising)

Any larger jobs such as new builds or re-furbs usually quoted for on a fixed price where possible.
