Blinds and shutters installed in downstairs rooms and 3 bedrooms
We had blinds installed within a year ago with this company, the material/roller blinds are already starting to frey in some of the rooms and the roller mechanism has broken on one about 6 weeks ago. We contacted the company via email and phone and initially they said they would send a new mechanism out, but as of the last 5 weeks there has been no correspondence despite daily phone calls and WhatsApp messages to the company. This is just a completely inaccurate version of events. Blind fixed free of charge, replacement offered free of charge DESPITE THE FACT THEY HAD BROKEN IT THROUGH MIS-TREATING THE BLIND. Informed the part would take a while to come in.

Electric blinds for kitchen sliding doors
Ian did a fantastic job, and we are really pleased with the electric blinds which were custom made to fit on our sliding doors. Ian was patient, friendly, and very accommodating in helping us choose the blinds we wanted custom made to our specification - large electric blinds with remote control. He was clean and tidy during the fitting. He pays attention to detail, is thorough and does all he can to make sure the customer is satisfied. We couldn’t be happier with our blinds.
