Connor came to redo our bathroom. Briefly put, they took out our bathroom furniture, took our tiles off, took some of the existing plaster off and then left and never returned to do any work. We have been left with bare plaster on the walls and no working bathroom furniture. My wife is heavily pregnant and they have left us with no shower, no bathroom and a complete mess throughout the house. On top of this they kept £1,995 even though they only worked on site 2 days. Couldn't be any happier. Turned up bright and early and did a superb job. Extremely helpful beforehand with some good advice on tile selection etc. Did a beautiful job and snagged a few bits and pieces left behind by previous workmen. Neat and tidy with no mess for us to clear up afterwards. All work completed to a high standard. Great couple of lads, gave very professional advice and a fair price for the work. Completely stripped the bathroom, took it back to brick and replastered to a very high standard, then installed and tiled the new bathroom. They communicated very professionally throughout, keeping me updated on progress and we were extremely pleased with the end result. They offered advice and guidance which was appreciated as their expertise were very much welcomed. They were polite, tidy and communication was on point.
