    Very upset at what this company did to my beautiful eucalyptus tree, I asked them not to cut certain parts of my tree n they didn't listen, absolutely mutilated the tree, I feel unlistened too n very angry, my tree had a lovely shape to it plenty of leaves bushy, it just looked full, now it looks very sparse, no protection from the elements for the birds of for my house. All I wanted was 6 foot of the top about 2/3 off the side that was connecting to my house! It looks terrible! If you want your tree cut to how you want it, don't choose this company, they don't care what you want!

  • Can’t seem to organise a simple planning application!!!

    Contacted October 2022 (10 months ago) and since then waiting for them to get planning approval to trim a tree. Every time I phone up to ask for an update they can’t answer me and say they will call me back! Complete incompetence in the Reigate Office.

Connick Tree Care (CTC) is a tree surgery company, established in 1985. We have built up an extensive customer list covering the domestic, commercial, local authority, NGO and education sectors. The CTC Head Office and Administration centre is based in the South East but we also have a long established yard in the Brighton area.

Whilst working across the various sectors CTC has developed a greater understanding of the operational necessities required in and around a wide variety of sites and situations. We are aware that flexibility, professionalism, sensitivity and customer care are fundamental to developing an effective working relationship with all our clients. Some of our long standing clients include, The Royal Parks, English Heritage, Brighton & Hove City Council and Kent County Council.

To help ensure customer satisfaction CTC is accredited by ISOQAR Quality Management Systems and is an Approved Contractor to the Arboricultural Association. All of our tree surgeons / arborists are fully trained, experienced, friendly and polite. Work will be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998:2010 Recommendations for Tree Work.
