Installed our heat pump a year ago. Just carried out the first annual service
Took a little time to get an appointment. However, we had a system problem, and as a result Cooks arranged a prompt visit from an engineer. Issue was resolved and a service carried out at the same time. The engineer was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Fixing the combi boiler
Aaron identified the problem right away and ordered parts. When the system shut off shortly after repair Aaron came back out immediately and sorted things, and he showed us how to reset.
