  Faulty Door Lock

  We had an issue where our front door was failing to lock. Talked to Steve first on the phone and he quickly identified the problem. When he arrived and checked the door the issue was confirmed, but unfortunately he didn't have the specific gearbox our door required. Luckily he managed to find a supplier next day, and turned up the morning after (on a Saturday) to complete the work. The gearbox was expensive, but we are glad to have our door working again and appreciate Steve's work and effort in getting the part for us. Communication throughout was good and the door is working better than ever

  Many thanks to Steve for coming out initially to personally inspect the lock before providing a quote. The pricing was very reasonable and clearly explained. He was extremely reliable, arrived on time, and was polite and professional throughout. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. I would definitely recommend his service.

  Window Lock Fitting

  Lock replaced on a smoke vent panel/ cupboard.

  Steve from copas locksmith provided an excellent service . He was very efficient and arrived as planned at the agreed tome and date to complete the work .i found copas to be reliable, efficient , with no hidden cost and very reasonably priced and the work is to a high standard . I would definitely recommend copas locksmith.
