Do not hesitate to use! Excellent all round!
I have used Declan’s skills for sometime. Excellent first class service and value has been consistent over several years. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Always does what he can to fit you in and is completely reliable. Responds to all communication and does excellent work. Be sure you’ve found a good engineer.

Gas Boiler Servicing / Repair

Service the gas boiler and gas fire, and repair toilet cistern.
We have used Cornerstone Heating and Plumbing many times. They are reliable, do the work well and clean up after themselves. They also communicate well. I would definitely recommend.

Removal of boiler from bedroom and refit in kitchen
Excellent service - boiler removed from bedroom (very strange place to have it in the first place) and refitted in a sensible location. Work carried out in an efficient manner, carefully and left in clean and tidy state. Definitely be using Declan again if need arises.

Boiler service and landlord gas certificate
Declan came to my flat for the annual boiler service and landlord gas safety certificate. He arrived on time, was quick and friendly. Most importantly, the cost of his service was truly competitive, There is no doubt that I will call him next time I need a gas engineer.

Happy with the service.
We had to do a service of our water heater tank. Declan has done the job quick and professional. He's also answered all my questions kindly and gave some tips regarding a daily maintenance of the tank. I am sure we will use his services in the future.Thank you.
