  Prompt and reliable service, competitevely priced. More importantly, Bruce was very knowledgeable: i was asked by the mortgage lender an unusual type of fire risk assessment (other companies tried to sell me the usual report, which would have been of no use) and he knew exactly what i was looking for. Will definetely recommend!
