  I was contacted very quickly and given an estimate for the work required. Tom came out within 2 days to do the work, he asked what sink and taps I was looking for and went to buy them for me and got just what I had hoped for. He was very very good at his work, tidied up and a pleasure to talk to - I would definitely recommend Tom and Cotswold Home Makeovers

• Bathroom wall leak detection and repair and shower repair

  Shower , shower screen and wall were repaired to quality standards. We have been having an ongoing leak for over a year now and the Cotswold team managed to fix it in 4 days after having been disappointed so many times by other traders. We have no more leaks from the bathroom and so far we are satisfied with the work.I would highly recommend.Tom kept us on the loop regarding what was being done throughout the process. Only slight downside was that the final price was a little bit more than the quote which was abit disappointing as I had confirmed prior to the work being done not to be charged

  The whole experience was excellent, from initial consultation and planning through to good work from plumbers, electrician, builders and other members of the team. They were polite and tidy, and produced high quality work. The price was high but from previous experience if you look for low prices you may get a poor end product.

• Replacing Kitchen tap

  Plumbers called to give arrival time and arrived when expecting. There was a problem with the tap I had bought which they explained to me and we discussed the options for a different tap which they then went and bought. The tap was fixed fairly quickly and looks good.
